No Fees to Pay. Ever.
The service and advice that we provide is fee-free and impartial. Whether you decide to proceed with a policy or not, we will never charge you any fees for our service. Based on the quality and volume of business we place with the insurance companies, we are able to offer you low premiums. This means your premiums are often cheaper than elsewhere in the market and even cheaper than going direct to the insurer!
We get paid a commission by the insurance company if you proceed with a policy. As a transparent company, we present each customer our Terms of Business and Client Privacy Notice documents, detailing key facts about our services and how we operate.
Claims Service
Once you've arranged your policy with us, you'll know that Vita isn't a large faceless company, we're quite the opposite. To evidence our passion and commitment to protecting you, it's the same Directors that started Vita who take full ownership of your claim and will be on hand to support you through the entire process. From helping you to complete any forms through to confirming the money has been paid in to your account, we'll make it as simple and quick as it possibly can be.

Price Promise
We're serious about offering you the best advice at the lowest cost and won't be beaten on price against any genuine like-for-like quotations. In the event you do find a lower-cost quotation, please discuss it with us so that we can check the variables and explain any differences.
It's important to compare apples with apples.
Annual Cover Reviews
Our relationship doesn't end once we've set up your policy. We're on hand to help you whenever you need us. We'll contact you each year to check that your cover is still right for you, where we can advise you on your options and ensure that you are always getting the best deal.

From the moment we say hello, to the time should you need to claim, you will have your very own Adviser at your service. You'll always have their direct line, email and never need to start from scratch - making the process quicker and easier. Plus we do all the paperwork so you don't have to.
Unrivalled Advice
Most other companies will simply provide you with a quote, perhaps just a bullet point with some figures - and that may be all that you are expecting. However, here at Vita can provide you with a free personalised Protection Report that fully explains the cover being recommended to you, allowing you to make informed decisions. This is one of the reasons why Vita are national award winners, based on the quality of advice that we provide.
Policy Trust Service
Your dedicated Adviser can write your Life Insurance policy 'in Trust' for you - without charge. This is a method which allows you, and nominated others, to control what happens to the policy proceeds after your death.
- There is no cost for setting up a Trust - we will draft the form and assist you to complete it.
- Ensure that the policy proceeds are paid directly to the people that you nominate.
- Policy proceeds are paid at the earliest opportunity and not held up in Probate.
- Avoid a potential Inheritance Tax Bill - policy proceeds are not typically liable to be taxed.
